These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website at
https://edgeacademia.com and any subdomains or pages we operate (the “Website”),
together with the free resources, downloads, tools, and email content we provide
through it. The Website is operated by Edge Academia (“Edge Academia”, “we”, “us”,
or “our”). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not
agree, please do not use the Website.

Paid courses, tools, and downloads are sold and delivered separately through the Whop
platform and are governed by our Terms of Service for purchases, not by this document.

  1. WHO WE ARE

Edge Academia publishes educational content and tools for academics and researchers.

  1. USE OF THE WEBSITE

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to
access and use the Website and its free materials for your own learning and reference.

You agree not to:

  • republish, sell, rent, sub-license, reproduce, duplicate, or redistribute Website
    material except where we expressly allow it;
  • use the Website unlawfully, or in a way that damages, disables, or impairs it;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website, its servers, or related systems;
  • scrape or harvest content, or use the content to build or train a competing product or
    a machine-learning model, without our written permission.
  1. FREE RESOURCES AND DOWNLOADS

We offer free resources such as guides, checklists, templates, and tools, often in
exchange for your email address. These are provided for your personal, non-commercial use.
You may use them in your own work and study, but you may not resell or publicly redistribute
them.

Free resources are provided “as is”. We may change, update, or withdraw any free resource
at any time.

publish that content in connection with our business. We may remove any submission at our
discretion.

  1. PURCHASES OF PAID PRODUCTS

Paid courses, tools, and downloads are sold through the Whop platform. Those purchases,
including pricing, delivery, license, and our 30-day money-back guarantee, are governed by
our separate Terms of Service for purchases, available at the point of checkout. Payment is
handled by Whop and its payment partners, and is also subject to Whop’s own terms and
privacy policy.

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless stated otherwise, Edge Academia or its licensors own all intellectual property in the
Website and its content, including text, graphics, logos, videos, downloads, and tools, and
all of it is protected by applicable laws. The license in these Terms does not transfer any
ownership to you.

  1. LINKS, FRAMING, AND THIRD-PARTY CONTENT

Hyperlinking to us: organizations such as search engines, news outlets, and directories may
link to our Website, provided the link is not deceptive, does not falsely imply endorsement,
and fits the context of the linking site. We may request removal of any link to the Website
at any time, and you agree to remove it on request.

Framing: you may not create frames around our pages or otherwise alter the visual
presentation of the Website without our written permission.

Third-party links: the Website may link to sites we do not control. We are not responsible
for the content, accuracy, or practices of those sites, and a link does not imply
endorsement.

Content liability: we are not responsible for content that appears on third-party sites that

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland, without regard to conflict-
of-law rules, and the courts of Finland will have jurisdiction, except where the
mandatory consumer law of your country of residence gives you stronger protection or a
different venue.
